Interview - the Life of Syd & Lily Murray

Although the end of Lily's testimony is missing, this interview by Wilbur Fitzgerald is a very honest account of their lives before they became Christians. The rest of their wonderful story is available in their book, 'Out Of The Devil's Pawnshop' which is available from Amazon.co.uk. The interview was taken at their home in east Belfast in February 2001. Reference is made to the late Pastor Jim McConnell, of the Metropolitan Church Whitewell at different points in the interview as part of their remarkable story. The music is by Sandi Patty.

So glad you were blessed James. I remember Syd when giving his testimony would always say, "from handcuffs to white cuffs. From herring bone pickins to roast beef and chickens", and then do a little jump in the air :-)
