Thank you! 57 yr. old recently diagnosed with tremor dominant Parkinsons. Fortunately, non dominant arm. I'm going to try this along with fasting which really jacks up the ketones. I've been using Metamucil before meals and taking probiotic every day which has been very beneficial for constipation. I've been researching anything I can to treat the cause, not just symptoms. I know the gut flora is very important as well.

God bless you for your dedication and generosity. Because of people like you doing the study and sharing information, we have been empowered to reverse our illness, including Type 2 Diabetes, and other thyroid, heart, liver, kidney, arthritis, etc. disorders. We can all learn to eat nutritious food and exercise, etc., even if we are food/sugar addicts (!), because we can choose our healing instead. Blessings! from Canada 🇨🇦

It may not be the gluten but the highly processed flours, preservatives, and other additives (sugar) in commercial breads. Sprouted wheat, kamut, spelt, etc are another story. Keto made me feel totally crazy, it is NOT for me-too extreme-but I support people doing everything they can to fight Parkinson’s and if this works for anybody-hooray!

It makes me so angry when I read someone has died from Parkinsons Condition. You will die WITH Parkinsons not FROM Parkinsons. I do fall regularly and this is what I feel could be my future. I keep focusing on that word NOT FROM. Pills have been my Savour. ......14 years. Yes, the last couple of years has / is a challenge. I believe the Exenatide Injection weekly which I have been having on and off for about 18 months is my answer. When OFF I definitely regressed. I have been back on Exenatide now for 8 weeks and now know I’m improving. My whole being , energy, depression , confidence, sleeping has improved.

I'd really like to hear from Dr. King about the keto diet- how it's implemented on a practical level. With my limited understanding, I'm anticipating eating a lot of coconut fat, olive oil, etc. I'm wondering how to evaluate "normal" foods- the lack of fiber, etc. Thanks
@ms.q7445
@ms.q7445 9 ай бұрын
You have to have fiber. If you count net carbs instead of carbs psyllium husks have zero net carbs. A lot of keto people who are healthy eat lots of cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, etc. And semi-sour berries such as raspberries!

Stay on it your body needs to detoxify the sugar, that causes problems in the brain and in all the bidy, you know sugar cayses duabetes, high blood pressure, heart vond. cancer, arthritis, Alzheimer's? You are on your way to healing, you already got more energy that means your brain cells and neuron conditions are improving by stopping sugars & due to proper food. He didn't say he was healed immediately, you didn't get sick in one month or 7 months this rakes longer, so hive it a chance more time, the brain regenerates but must be patience, what have you hot to lose
