Hello Colin and Sarah, It’s been 10 years, have tried many therapies but nothing seems to last. Perhaps I was not stringent enough. I’m getting tired physically, mentally and emotionally and feel very alone and in recent weeks, feel very foggy and high head tension. I need community like yourselves! Thank God for bumping into you!

Thanks so much for your informative discussion. I haven't been diagnosed as yet with Parkinson's but have a slight tremor in right hand and some stiffness in my legs. My chiropractor helps by keeping my spine aligned which gives me more enegery for a while. I will read the books mentioned.

Hi Helen - a lot of people find Invigorate before a Parkinson's diagnosis. Educating yourself and seeking out resources is the very best thing you can be doing right now. If you haven't had a chance to read my "Letter to my clients" on my website, it may be a good place for you to start: www.invigoratept.com/blog//a-letter-to-my-clients. My best, Sarah

Great work, Sarah! My wife and I are early on in our journey into researching and educating everyone about how healthy living can do amazing things. You're a great inspiration, and we hope to join you in this great fight soon. Sir Colin, THANK YOU! I'm hoping seeing your journey will help get through to my Grandmother (diagnosed with Alzheimer's) and Grandfather (diagnosed with Parkinson's). It can be very hard to shift the "group think" on these issues. Keep up the good fight!

Thank you Dr. Sarah King! I was just diagnosed with parkinson's at age 54. I've had symptoms for about three years and now have no short term memory. I think we are still in diagnosis process because tomorrow I go to speech and physical therapy. they wont let me drive a car because I get lost. Is it possible that I have dementia? I'm just asking for friendly advice not medical advice to keep it all legal. Spell check is the only reason that I can ask: I can't spell anymore and forget where i'm at a lot. Sinemet helps me walk a lot better and makes trimmers stop for a while. I just found you on youtube, you really seem to care about people. Thank you!
