We need to start a movement that ALL engineers (and people in general) get stand up desks. We just lost a dear friend here in SB who had a heart attack... and one of the main reasons is because he literally sat around all day mixing music, barely got up. I’m so sick (but really sad, frightened, concerned ) when I see so many of the sound engineers teaching on KZbin have these potbellies. [Yes I’m referring to him in the more recent videos, but it reminded me seeing him when he was younger.] Anyway, I just wish good health to my fellow musicians, mixers, mankind.
