Handling the disrespect of covert narcissists in real life is very tricky because the situations in which we get mixed up with them are complex and typically involve unequal power dynamics.

Im not sure of trauma bond myself i do put other people first neighbours co workers family i do believe co dependent if i understand everything trauma bond thats scarey

My marriage didn't last with my Narc because I didn't want to have to tell him how great he is.... so no supply made him cheat.

@DarleneLancer hasn't been easy though. Trauma Bond, and the physical abuse was hard. PTSD healing slowly 🐌 settlement has taken over 2 years. I love your videos.
