I didn’t have time to make cinnamon rollls with yeast, so I followed to ur recipe, and OH MY GOD was that the best decision ever. Your recipe taste EVEN BETTER than one with yeast. It tasted soooo goood, I used a micro conventional setting in my microwave and the results were great. As I am texting, cinnamon rolls are in the microwave and I am waiting for them to bake. 2nd time making ur recipe byeeee.

Definitely recommend this recipe, it's really easy to follow and the cinnamon buns are crispy yet soft on the inside. They have a slight buttery taste that I like. I didn't add the glaze as I didn't want sugar overload, so I just used the excess cinnamon mixture on the top.

I had only one concern which is I used a knife to cut the rolls and that kind of squished to rolls so they weren’t perfect circles. Any tips to avoid this in the future??
