Mel, that pasta salad sounds divine! I love the trick of boiling the broccoli & pasta together too - but just never heard of cottage cheese & sour cream, that's got to be delish! We almost never get them in Michigan so my heart has been broken for all those suffering in the South! It feels like the trade of snow for tornadoes is a great trade off! I had a potato salad at my sisters house several years back. It was absolutely the best potato salad I’ve ever eaten. I told her that and asked where they purchased it. She said it was made fresh with potatoes were dug out of the ground today. My sister has since passed away so I haven’t had any more of that, but it was the very best.

Mel I just enjoy you so much. When I make my banana pudding I use 1 vanilla pudding and 1 French vanilla pudding it really gives it a richer taste!

About the calories, we share a meal in my Bible study group and we have a saying, " If we eat it at Bible Study there is no calories". I saw you use Dukes mayo. I have to say Dukes makes a big difference in recipes like deviled eggs or chicken salad. I first heard about it from a channel called Phyllis Stokes and Son. We didn’t have it in our area at the time but we got lucky and now we do. I’m definitely going to be trying some of these recipes. God bless and happy Easter
