Suits aren’t progressive, not really naïve. Less than 20 years before it’s insanely difficult to record anything with more than 8 instruments. People sliced into amps to create distortion. Synths went from giant computer looking instruments to plastic keyboards. A fade out guy very cleverly would’ve sounded like a real thing by their standards/experiences
