Your character could host an activity, like a hunt or a camp revelry, to celebrate the many contracts she's successfully completed with the help of her followers. It'd be a nice boost to camp morale and also give her some prestige to make progress towards the next level of fame. The contract to rescue a fair subject doesn't pay in gold but it gives you a nice chunk of piety and at the end you get a chance to recruit a beautiful person to your camp for free. If it's a woman you could marry her to one of your male followers and maybe they'll have children together. Your daughter might be a bit lonely as the only kid at camp with no playmates her age.

My favorite part about the Iberian struggle is always being a third party of a completely different culture or religion and throwing myself into it

RE: Your group name - given that you've been diligently avoiding criminal contracts, you might want to rename yourself from "The Stalwart Outlaws". You can rename from the camp screen (the graphic with the building slots, in the top there's the name and if you click it, you can edit the value; the quill icon doesn't appear until you hover over the name.) Maybe a simple change to "The Stalwart Blades" given that your character is a blademaster? RE: Prestige as a wanderer - calling in patrons' favors requires a decent chunk of prestige, as do many of the decisions to refill your men at arms. I find that early on as a mercenary band I'm usually spending it down fairly quickly - but eventually it becomes superfluous, much as with feudal/clan rulers. Additionally, if you were to settle as a tribal ruler, you'd need prestige to maintain your men at arms (though given you can pick where to set down roots, there's little reason to choose tribal lands unless you've got a specific goal in mind.) RE: Heavy Infantry w/Screen - there are a number of types that have some amount of screen, notably including Huscarls, Varangian Veterans, and the new "Handpicked Loyalist" type for Legitimist faction wanderers. RE: Craftsman options at town holdings - I think the options are generally better as your level of fame increases (so it can be worth revisiting once you build a bit of a better reputation.)

Hm... I'm not totally certain what you mean by the name of the title. Yes, there is an event where _we_ call ourselves "a duchess"... but I had that marked as "trying to impress the guys in our way". The title that we officially bear is "Master / Mistress", and this is what is shown in all relevant panels. I'm also not sure how this is ranked in the hierarchy... certain interactions with "normal" nobles seem to put us on a lower level. But I haven't tested that yet.

There are benefits to having your followers like you. You have made virtually zero effort to cultivate favorable attitudes toward you among those followers. You lost the services of an excellent physician due to your own neglect. Ask yourself, "Did I bother to learn his language?", Did I ever take his side during disputes among the followers?", "Did I ever try to intervene in disputes, rather than just have the disputants thrash it out themselves?", "Is that leadership?"

15:27 it might be the huskarls in Germanic cultures that have it. Could be very worth it to head over there and get some from a contract. Also I know you can spread your culture and religion as a scholarly adventurer but are you allowed to diverge or hybridize as an adventurer?

Does the province your in affect gathering provisions? I vaguely recall reading that on a dev diary
