Into the Unknown - Jackie Perks - Original Piano (Improv)

I am so happy to play my piano again for you all! It felt wonderful, even though I am not completely healed yet and pretty rusty on the ivories. I suffer from tendon and nerve conditions and this past flare-up prevented me from playing since last July! Today, I simply couldn’t help myself and decided to do an improv today based on a chord structure I like and a melody line that played in my head. Pardon the rougher sound - no post production work this time. The path of all our futures is unknown and this case, I am not even sure of my own musical path, so the title “Into The Unknown” is how I felt as I played it. I wrote other pieces that I had to place on the shelf for awhile that I am hoping I will be able to practice and play in time and of course my occasional improvs :-) Wishing you all much peace and love in your own lives. Since my youth and the accident, I never could play the way I used to, but this brought me way down into the pit and I couldn't play at all. I really started to worry about it, but all I can do is keep working at it and try not to aggravate it (easier said than done). Tendinitis alone is a horrible condition and one to be taken very seriously since enough inflammation will finally tear it from the bones. I've been warned.
