Intoxylizer 8000 in HD; or A Normal Breathalyzer Test

Recently I have posted a number of DUI videos but in none of them could you clearly see the operation of the mighty - and pricey - Inxtoxylizer 8000. This full HD video is for anyone who has been interested in seeing a breathalyzer machine up close and in use... without getting arrested.
Also seen here is a breathalyzer test subject who is not yelling and screaming about anything. Surprise.

Mhm. So (according to Arizona law) if you refuse, you do lose it for a year. If you consent and they find nothing, then you wouldn't lose it. However, if the machine finds you legally intoxicated, then you still lose it for 90 days because according to Arizona, you're DUI. You don't just get your driving privileges back.

Any defense attorney worth his salt would tell you not to say a word. And don't agree to any test. You do have the right to remain silent... sit tight and make your first phone call to an attorney or to somebody that can get you an attorney. Without your help they basically have nothing. This cops a pretty smooth talker. Don't fall for that s***. Most people do because they're trying to be honest with the cop. You wouldn't be allowed to sign a contract of any kind while intoxicated... so why would you answer these serious questions... While intoxicated... Without a lawyer?

Going to lose your license anyhow so if you are over the limit so don't incriminate yourself! Don't drive under influence and you won't be in this situation but don't give them more evidence.

In Arizona, you lose it for a year if you refuse. You lose it for 90 days if you do consent to blood test or breath test. I assume it's similar elsewhere, but with varying days depending on the state.
