Very interesting David. I actually lived in Pinellas County where Intrepid is located. I am actually familiar with that location, although it looks like there is a lot of new going on since I moved to the East coast of Florida almost 7 years ago now. With Ken's very unique and hands-on personality, it is no wonder he is so successful. I just wonder if he ever takes a vacation! 🤣
