GFK-Rohr, Pullwinding 16x12x2000 habe ich genutzt. Ungeschliffen ist wohl wichtig. Und verwende ruhig Rohre, die sind wesentlcih leichter. Bei Stäben kann der von Dir beschriebene auch gehen, wenngleich er mir sehr dünn vorkommt.

@hans perer Aus irgend einem Grund kann ich nicht direkt antworten. Daher: "Ich wollte noch fragen, aus welchem Material das Schild ist. Birke, Fichte, ...?" Multiplex. Einfaches Holz wäre wohl zu schwer oder zu schwach. Insbesondere Birke oder Fichte ;)

faio1383 Fiberglass pullwinded, the tape we use is from tesa (but other brands should work as well as long as they are really strong).
