At which point, the pilot flips a switch and this theme music starts blaring in the background while the 22 does a sonic boom and dives towards the threat.

Always loved this show growing up. Grew up with Top Gun as one of my favorite movies and always saw T-Bone as my favorite character since I had the dream of becoming one. A weird thought I always had in my head though was that a big pilot like T-Bone was unrealistic. I imagined myself short and skinny like Razor. A huge growth spurt and a decade and a half later I became a pilot and found yes there are big pilots like T-Bone...and I was one of them haha. You just learn how to deal with it and after a while you don't notice it much....most of the time. Now watching this show I get a kick out of that thought I had as a kid.
