Hi Creators,
Now that we know how to texture the handle of an ax in ZBrush, let's finish the weapon by adding details to the blade. In this video tutorial, we will cover how to export a use several tools to create damage to the blade, add our own symbol with masks, and so much more!
Let's finish the ax, so let's get started!
Software Used: Maya 2022, ZBrush 2020

I want more maya and tutorials, especially interior / exterior and product modeling tutorials. It is better to give 3d max tutorial and Exhibition Stall Design modeling

Hii What if i have model Like a roof tails Sence i can hide all of them in layer and i only want to work one roof tails Is there a shortcut or any other way to isolate only 1 model

mam in my zbrush 2021 when i divide the model, the polygon count are not showing upside.. what can i do..?

Ms. Phoenix, when I tried to create an embossed symbol in my exercise scene, I kept getting the rectangular frame of the image as well. You did not. How did you avoid that?

Hi Keith! Hope you are well. Happy to hear that you are working with zbrush! Alphas need to have solid black edges, otherwise the frame will show up. Is your image border completely black? If not, then a quick fix in photoshop should help. I hope that helps!

Hey Monika ! I am facing a problem , I was just baking highpoly and lowpoly in Substance painter . I can see that after the bake this really giving good height detail , but the problem is , when I am applying any generator , or smart meterial , it is not masking on those normal map details , and I am doing this for the first time ( the HP , LP baking ) , do you have any solution !?

Hi Swapnanil, just to clarify, are you applying the generator, but the normal details from the bake remain? Do you want the details of the bake to disappear where the generator is? Or is it the opposite, where you baked information disappears when the generator is active?

@@AcademicPhoenixPlus No no no no , normal information is there , I can see those depths , but the only problem is , the dusts or rust is not going inside those depths

Could anyone please tell me if these specs are enough for Maya 3D modelling? @@AcademicPhoenixPlus Sorry to bother you again. If I had to choose between the two for better performance, an SSD card and a 16GB RAM (it's 8GB now), which one should I go for? I cannot afford both, not at least at the moment.

@@YummyFables1994 if ur making complex scenes ... 16gb ram will be useful. But if ur doing anything less memory intensive ,ssd will be better choice. 👍
