You seem like a delightful person. Thank YOU for all you do for us! I’ve only known your channel for two days, and am enjoying watching them. You are a cute little English lady. Quite different from American ladies , but I like that. Most American ladies can’t start a project w/ out going to the craft:fabric store and spending 20.00-30.00 dollars w/ out buying new supplies. But your ideas are using what you have! Not quite the same. Saves you money enough money so you can get your pretty finger nails polished and shined up. So pretty!

Oh I definitely am enjoying my nail polish. After years and years of working outside and having broken nails that never looked clean I have at last discovered the loveliness of nail polish 😅 The first time I had them painted it took me ten minutes to work up the courage to go inside to ask about having them done 😊

Marons world is a haven of sense and peacefullness on this oft times crazy planet, I love spending time with you Marion and eagerly look forward to our time together. When you started this current project I fished out my Mary Thomas's book of 'Dictionary of Embroidery Stitches' orginally published in 1934 but my copy is a 1965 impression. Stated in the preface 'Stitches are the "scales and excercises" of embroidery and a good working knowledge of these is the first essentail foundation of the art'. How lucky we were to have family members, and schoolteachers, to guide us in the art of sewing and knitting. Christmas 1956 I was given a knitting dolly - for French knitting, which got me started. Always a big thank you for your friendship, Jenny

Another joyous time spent learning and refreshing ideas on how to utilize the couching and the french knot. Sometimes going back to the basics helps to pin point a weak habit of not holding down the threads right and then ending up with inconsistent knots. This really helped me. Thank you so much!

I feel very blessed to be able to watch your videos and learn. When l was at school, many moons ago, our domestic science teacher didn't know what to do with me because l was left handed so she used to let me use the old treadle sewing machine. Only with paper though!! Or a hand cranked Jones sewing machine! That was whilst she was teaching the other girls how to sew. But now l've found you l feel like l can have another stab at embroidery! You are a wonderful "resource " Marion. I thank you for everything you share and show us. I was born in Cheshire but now live in Nova Scotia. Canada.
