Wdm android is build by Linux and horizon os is build by android but you need some tweaking and it will work

Sorry I wasn't precise, tools = meta spatial editor (support: win and mac), meta quest link (support: win). There are no pc vr games for macos, but we do have a meta spatial editor for macos. On the other hand, yes you can run almost any pc vr game with quest on almost any Linux based bistro, but thanks to the people behind projects like alvr, monado and steamvr (no support from meta). The fact that android is a mobile operating system based on a modified version of the Linux kernel and horizon os is a modified version of android has nothing to do with it (ok, that just makes this situation more fun).

@@ukaszpruszynski1799 mac os is a 64bit operating system its hard to emulate a system that is hard to hacking because your arm based cpu which is Snapdragon but it is possible

I'd love to know if you could read sensor data like joysticks from quest in just a 2d app, I don't think you can do that easily in unity. I'd like to control a peripheral this way

i started learning design in ux picked up Kotlin/dart for android but had to learn c# purely for mixed reality I've always had to rebuild Ui from android world in c# this is going to be massive in 1 to 2 years as people hear about it learn it and adopt it please don't kill this from a low start let it have time to grow. Plus you saved me bulk time converting stereo kit to Kotlin cant wait to try it this weekend are we talking material io in quest beautiful Ui from android my ui is horrific in xr as i haven't been able to leverage my android experience so cant wait.
