The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition, the final part he added, with an oriental technique (traditional cazaq singing). The dead singer left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. Hi Drew and Amy, great reaction there from you both …. Btw have you ever seen a shit performance from Dimash ??? I don't think so Lol. Ive just had a look and you've done about 12 reactions to Dimash including some of the recentish ones, a good one for you both to do would be when Dimash reworked his big hit "Screaming" for the TV show "Idol Hits". Also you could look at his version of Lionel Ritchies "Hello" which he sang when he was invited back to the "Singer 2018" as a special guest on their end of season gala show. In reference to the commercial. THAT IS WHERE ARE DEAR NAVAJOS WENT. In early Phoenix, when we had the Indian School, Phoenix was full of colorful Navajos in their colorful dress. They gave Phoenix such character. This was late 50's early 60's when as a child in wide eye wonder, we moved to Phoenix, in the summer, hanging out the windows. (No air conditioning back then.) Back then we had rodeo parades and a full western dress week and Navajo dress was not uncommon. I miss them.
