I've ordered these lenses, what desqeeze formula do i use in Davinci Resolve ? 😊

To desqueeze footage shot with a 1.1x anamorphic lens in DaVinci Resolve, right-click on the clip in the Media Pool, choose "Clip Attributes," and set the "Pixel Aspect Ratio" to a custom value of 1.10. Alternatively, adjust the "Pixel Aspect Ratio" in the "Timeline Format" or "Output Scaling" sections of the "Project Settings" to 1.10, ensuring the footage appears correctly desqueezed in the timeline or during playback.

@@morn_sc To desqueeze 1.1x anamorphic footage in Final Cut Pro, import your footage, place it in the timeline, and select a clip. In the Inspector panel under the "Video" tab, find the "Transform" section and adjust the "Scale Y" value to 90.9% (or 0.909 in decimal form) to correct the aspect ratio. If there are multiple clips, copy this adjustment (Command + C) and paste it to the other clips using "Paste Attributes." Finish editing as usual and export your project.

Hey All, To clarify, Freewell already produces smartphone lenses with a 1.55x anamorphic ratio, so it's not a limitation on our end. Instead, the choice of 1.1x anamorphic for Pocket 3 is due to the camera's limitation. The Pocket 3 can't handle 1.33x or 1.55x lenses. Our goal is to provide buyers with a functional solution rather than nothing at all. Considering the price, quality, and performance, this lens offers great value in the overall bundle beating any other options available on the market. Thanks Freewell Team

the only hold back for me not to buy the pocket 3 is because they can not hose a 1.33x or higher anamorphic lens. you may want to talk to DJI directly about this. ( I am using Sonly RX0 with moondog 1.33x anamorphic lens + gimbal )

Wow funny thing is, i reached out to Freewell avout a month ago asking if they would create a wide angle with nd filters (since my nd filters from the Mega Pack dont attach to the dji wide angle). Also i asked about if they'd be making an Anamorphic Lens with ND....then this came out. Didnt think of a Macro so that would create some pretty cool close up shots of the workd around us. 😊

Another question, why didn't you make a black mist filter? Snow and glow mist filters make too noticeable a change in the picture, I bought your competitors' filters only for this reason.

No other filter except that one that came with the lens can be compatible due to the size of the lenses they had to be custom build if outside filter were compatible you won't get any filters included.

For that we may need to wait for Pocket 10 than it will not longer be pocket as Pocket 3 doesn't have ability to handle the weight of such lenses.

Hey, 3 main reason. A. Consumers get an additional feature. B. As a consumer you do not pay anything extra pocket 2 vs 3 we maintain the same price although offering an additional lens. Thanks

Wide angle must be used in combination with macro if that was possible that you would not get macro.

I saw chromatic aberration and somewhat fuzzy edges in some of those example shots.
