@@SendItJonBoats the best mod for a 212 is a 301cc 8hp or GX270 clone with double the torque stock than a 212cc. But the predator 212 with tillotson TCT mechanical fuel injection is doing pretty good.

I had a 1955 feathercraft vagabond . All rivet it had 95 model 60 hp Johnson that had a little work done to it . It would scare the shit outta you very very unstable at 35 + mph . That was my plan for it to mate a jet drive to a 1200 cc Harley or a 1000 cc crothcrocket. Then I wanted to do the big Harley eng in the front of the boat with a long shaft with prop and have a 5 speed gearbox mounted to her . Anyways I have since sold it which I regret everyday ! I just got my hands on a 12 Jon boat 4 days ago . We bout to build something sketchy boys !!

I haven't done one. It's easy, rubber hose from tank to fuel pump, then a filter, and up to the carb.

Those are speed shapes... just cheap pieces of curved plastic for displays in my hydro dipping shop. It's been too cold for me to film much outside so I have been in the shop doing a lot of filming.

Why not make any of your boat an inboard jet motor or outboard jet motor honestly I get better performance out of them then a long tail but maybe that's just because I'm in a more rocky area

Interesting is a word LOL. It will be very interesting if I don't twist the boat in half from all the torque. I am working on a speed testing video now, and even with a small 13 hp motor that boat flies!

@@numberonenole4590 I had some massive float pods welded on the back, they are insanely huge. Should float a evo or 96 pretty easily now. I am waiting for Harbor Freight to get the 670 predators back in stock so I can test one of those out on it first before I blow money and time on a harley motor.
