INTRODUCING PROJECT STORMTROOPER! I have been wanting make this video for a while now to introduce the car and also give you guys some background on who I am and how the progress has been going on the car. Here I highlight some of the modifications the car currently has, but does not even scratch the surface of what I have done on the car over the years. The car has had different suspension setups throughout the years, and I have replaced almost every sensor under the hood. This car and I have so much history, it was fun to think and reflect on the time I have had it, and see the progress I have made. I hope this gives you guys and gals an idea of who Enebo Racing is and what project Stormtrooper has become. A good cheap upgrade is the oil pump. What I did was get the Ford Racing oil pump from AutoZone. I think it was $95 back in 2005. It is cheaper than the stock replacement part. This part is very important. If you are using the stock oil pan then you have to remove the 4 main bolts that hold the pump together and swap them for the 4 main bolts out of the stock oil pump. The Ford Racing oil pump is a little taller and the bolt heads are a little thicker as well. Swapping the bolts out will give you just enough clearance to keep from puncturing the oil pan. Trust me, I didn't know about that little tip and put two little holes in my sump pan lol. Another tip, get you a set of GT-40 heads then port and polish them. They compliment the Explorer intake and BBK shorties perfectly. That turbo is gonna love the new compression ratio. I also did under drive pulleys and reverse flow cooling system. Some people like reverse flow and other do not. These are just a few little things that I've always done to my fox bodies. What you have done now is beautiful brother. Keep up the good work on her.

Wow thanks for the tip! It has a melting pump in it now with an ARP shaft. I’ll have to look into the cord racing pump if I ever have issues. 👌

Love the ride. Not over the top but money well spent. I’ve had my 91 LX for 10+ years and only have it stripped down. Cali smog laws suck. Hopefully planning to build as my daughter first car now

I used my address here in Texas to register my fox. I never had to do smog checks when I lived in Cali.

No, the light covers and wing came off another fox after mine were damaged. I’m going for a “Dark Trooper” look. Minimal white lol

Haha SHOOT! You’re so right haha. I went to U of O to study Sociology, and now I manage an auto repair shop here in Portland, OR. Future plans are to continue the SBF platform and possibly do a 331 when this motor decides to check out. Keeping this one a drag car for sure. 👍

@@eneboracingchannel cool man. In in pasco wa 3 hours away from Portland. Cool to see your also close. I just cracked my manifolds and had to buy there regular hotside. They were out of stock on the up grade

@@rafaelroman5649 Ahh gotcha. The normal one just need a little reinforcement. I’ve got some ideas for videos, so highlighting the hot side upgrade is not a bad idea. 👍
