One thing that I’m really hoping for from this system is some square magnetic non-variable NDs. When you use the VND right now, it blocks any MagSafe attachment from being used, even to mount a tripod. A very simple magnetic set of ND filters would make this a nearly perfect mobile rig!

why was that so complicated to do it compatible with moment lenses??? There are thousands of potential customers outside searching for new cases for their iPhones with moment lenses. Your own Mount is not technically more complicated / innovative than the one from Moment... so why create smth else that the one already exist. Your potential customers (the most) already have some Moment lenses. And you could prove with the quality, that your anamorphic is better and not with extra-mount-system...

Hello, I would like to know about the possibility of using ND, CPL, SMIST1/4, and other filters simultaneously in the FREEWELL SHERPA system for iPhone 15. Your website indicates that with the Anamorphic 1.33 lens, for example, you can use a VND filter or a permanent ND filter, as well as a CPL filter and others. However, it is essential to understand whether ND, CPL, SMIST1/4, and other filters can be used at the same time on one lens in various combinations, as this is critically important for any shooting. For instance, when I make videos of the city or nature in high lighting conditions, I need to use an ND or VND filter to reduce the shutter speed, but I also need to eliminate reflections from plant leaves, car surfaces, water, windows, etc., requiring a CPL filter. As you understand, these filters are pointless separately and can be used, but in rare cases. I would appreciate clarification on this aspect, as it significantly affects the entire system's functionality and provides a clear answer on whether it's worth purchasing or if it would be money wasted.

Hey, I'm here to clarify your doubt. A. Yes, there are different filters for the case and filters for the lens. The case filter is designed to work on all the 3 camera. On the other hand, lens filters are designed to used only on the lens. B. It's important to note that you should not stack multiple filters on top of each other. Stacking filters can potentially cause vignetting, loss of image quality, and other unwanted effects. It's best to use one filter at a time to ensure optimal results. I agree this system is a step up for mobile phone users. I only needed the grip which arrived today. It IS extremely well made ~ but I have found that the 'jaws' of this item is extremely tight requiring an over amount of strength to open and fit in my phone. So much so that when attempting to open the jaws, in order to slip my phone in I needed to try and stop the jaws closing again. At this point I failed which then trapped my skin on my thumb resulting in a small cut and breeding. What's your view on this?

I do like the form factor/system (i use it with S23 Ultra), however a couple of things i would like to see Freewell work on. Ability to stack a ND onto the CP. Shutter lag for photography - it takes the shot on release (which is the default of the phone), however when settings in the phone are changed, this does not transfer to the grip. Also, would be nice to add ability to change ISO or SS with the grip like the Fjorden grip - but in the Sherpa format. Lastly, more lenses for the phone systems - though i believe that may happen in the near future. Otherwise, the product is of high quality, and enjoying it!

Even on the cameras that cost 1000ss of USD stacking can cause an issue so using 1 ND filter on 5 camera & than want to stack CPL on top is a big no. 2. Hey, I couldn't find information on the product page - what is the weight of the individual filters and the case and holder? I have a gimbal with a lifting capacity of 290 grams, the phone weighs 238 grams and I'm wondering if the gimbal will lift the phone together with the whole kit.

The choice of color is personal. So yes, for 15 pro max, we are offering a completely black case. There is no need for any change in the grip. In fact, a completely black grip looks as awful as the present grip. The metal part is deep blue, which is similar to black.

phone case's colour is really a personal choice, and you limit to only blue colour. Sadly have to invest in another system just because you guys don't have a very basic black color.

Hey, you are right; its a personal choice to add each color, require high moq & everyone has a different choice, so we have to stick with one color as we do not have to just think about the case but even the grip which need to match with that case so we opted for the color which aligns with our logo as well as apple watch. At the same time if you want to turn your iPhone into filmmaking tool you will not worry about the case color but rather convenience which no other system in the entire market offer as Sherpa magnetic filters. Hey Lee, No at the same time it’s never a good idea to do stacking for following reasons. 1) stacking reduce sharpness. 2) stacking create vignetting. 3) stacking creates cross polarization‘s specially on top of VND. 4) never a good idea to do stacking when one filter is shared by three camera’s Thanks

Hey, your new iPhone has a wide angle that performs exceptionally well, so you do not need an outside wide angle. If we get many demands asking for them, we can make it not a big deal, but the reason we skip as we want to keep things minimalist.
