I have ethernet at the doorbell. For a device that could use the low latency and high bandwidth, it's too bad this new one still can't be wired rj45. All my vivint outdoor cameras are wired ethernet. They're extremely fast.

You are one of the very few people to have Ethernet to the doorbell. Most if not all houses use 18 gauge wire for doorbells, so that’s why vivint does. More customers have the wires needed

Yes, it gave me 3 or 4 different options for the month or week of 4th of July, I can’t recall which one. One option was just the sound of fireworks.

What can I do if the doorbell is showing to be offline 90% of the time and when it does show online I can never see live video from it? The smart hub is mounted only 12 feet away and I've tried moving it about 5 feet away with the power supply and all but the same result. I've gone through rebooting both devices and router. As well as defaulting the doorbell and going through the setup again.

I have the same problem! Mine db is about 15 feet away from the panel. I was given a wifi repeater but that didn't work.

Well if u don’t have the system it could cast up almost to 5,000 dollars because of the panel and the other equipment and they charge for the people to come install it but the mo eye is worth it trust me.Have a nice day!
