I'm replacing my Flx10 for one of these. Can't wait til they get the stock in. That temporary mic option looks great.

Don’t do it!!! They left off Cross Fader & Channel Fader Start in Standalone mode on the AZ!! If your an Advanced DJ you won’t be able to “beat juggle” or be creative with all four decks in standalone like a Denon DJ Prime 4+. Your FLX10 has this option as well but it’s not standalone. 😮

I cannot agree that the AZ is the most powerful controller ever. Prime 4 plus, has more streaming options, bluetooth in and out, stems, more FX, built in sampler, more view options including 4 wave forms on screen, is a 4 channel mixer for external devices (not just 2) does lighting, syncs with video (resolume). On top of that it works with Serato, VDJ, and Algoriddim. I think the AZ is more beautiful, and the jogs are 10x better. I am not saying the Prime 4 is better, but it does more hence more powerful.

Wouldnt say most powerful as prime4+ does more but yea it does look good and a decent upgrade to the xz

Lack of 4 wave forms is more likely a processing power issue. Same reason it probably still using usb2 while I know they same it’s more stable I just don’t believe that it’s likely they are using older weaker chips that struggle with the bandwidth. And having hotter processors may be a problem since you need to cool them

The AZ is good but anyone with sense knows it is sub par to the Prime 4 +

I've got both. Rekordbox is superior. Engine made me want to rip my hair out. The AZ has better sound quality. Easier to mix on with huge jog wheels that are better than a cdj-3000. I barely have to adjust due to more accurate cues and the cue button itself allowing for more accurate double drops and just more accurate intro mix-ins.
