I just wanted it thin enough to coat the food I was going to put it on. But it definitely hit all the pepperoni notes.

@@CHEFAJ thanks soooo much I love your channel and keep a lap top in my kitchen to keep up! My family and I have been vegan for 8 + years now, and yet there is still so much to learn. We don't use any salt, I cook with herbs and a few other salt free seasonings, kelp, dulse, etc. I cook most of our meals for me hubby, and our 8 yr old son whose been on track since he was 2 yaaa! It' one of the best things we've done and I am grateful my hubby didn't take long to come aboard. Your channel is teaching me even better ways to cook and how to totally win at this thing called life and how to live it with the excellence of eating the right way. I am a firm believer of cooking and baking everything, including making our own nut milks now going on 4 years! By the way you look amazing and not a day over 30 my love!
