Zoho leadership has heart at right place. They are not making something to earn, rather they are making things with clear objective and making it simple and user friendly. Such products obviously will be boon to customers. Thinking to make things simple and yet meet the objective.

We have implemented a complete Manufacturing ERP with Zoho Creator that syncs in real time with Zoho CRM. Definitively it is a great platform and we strongly recommend it.

I loved Zoho CRM, but the transition to Zoho One has been a disaster. We have had access problems to all the applications. I upgraded to premium support and then upgraded to the Zoho Creator Professional package on top of that. It's been 20+ hours over two weeks without a resolution. I just made a free trial account with a different email and have access to everything I need right away. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had with a software company - and I am pretty sure their product is great if you get to use it!
