Amazing crane, control sometimes times out. A few minor problems on the door closures why the flat washers with lock nuts? The lock nuts fall off and you can’t actually tighten the lock nuts completely or else the rod won’t pivot and the door is stuck. 1:06 looks like the design hasn’t changed. The pressurizer motor inlet is at the bottom of the box so it sucks pure dirt while driving down a dirt road . And when it isn’t full of dirt it doesn’t work because the torch cabinet ventilation is on the same side as the pressurized motor so it doesn’t even build any pressure to the road side cabinets even though there is a cross over tube. Also a sealant in the interior of the cabinets where the cabinet box’s bottom joints are at especially over the wheel wells. Reposition the rear marker lights so they don’t get broken while using the work bench. And throw the tailgate open/close hinge design away and use a 5$ chain instead of those awful hinges that loosen and tightens during use. after fixing those little kinks you got a awesome service body that has an incredible light weight design and the American eagle boxes are amazing, the interior, exterior lighting is amazing, and once again the crane is amazing.

Aluminum service bodies are a great idea. I'm a field mechanic and we are always looking to save weight somewhere. Great job stellar!

Yeah especially when you go a f 550 or a big huge truck I like the one in the video for example.

How much would this cost. Steel is cheaper but heavier. And can rust. Aluminum is lighter but is so much more expansie then steel. Any time you can lose weight good. Especially these trucks are so heavy. These f550 and up. So any almeant matter.
