Mine won’t close all of the sudden…any ideas? Bought it a month or so ago.

Sorry to hear that. You probably accidentally pressed the lock release button. You will need to press in your code while the StopBox is open and press the button on the lock slide. If you are still having issues contact our team and they will help you out. [e-mail]
