This question is for Coach Mark. I am a two handed lefty that has been bowling for 5 years and I tend to struggle on keeping my hand to the inside. Is there anyway I can do improve that other than drills?

What’s the difference between doing a pushaway and not doing one? I see so many youth 2 handers have no pushaway at all. Is this beneficial or does it make it harder to have a swing?

How do you generate that much speed just walking and not even ripping the swing? When I try it the ball becomes slower. So I think the form is okay but do I just have to get physically stronger as well?

It’s a swing more so generating power from your core and lower body, upper body should just been momentum
