Is the ground texture resolution high enough for a game character walkthrough?

When I open the TerrainMixer_V_2_2_0 files and I select the viewport shading in cycle mode/Supported/GPU Compute, I see a pink plane without any displacement. It is a pink plane not as reported at 5:13. How can I solve this issue?
