why we cnnot use it if it has been frozen? ...coz i just did mine...i don't have a refrigerator that has a chiller... we only have a freezer

Because it could make the insulin unusable if it freezes too much. But if it’s already being used then just put it in an area where it won’t get hot and spoil too quickly

iam bob yeah, it’s why I don’t have any bruising, scar tissue, or issues. Also if you choose your injection site properly and prep it properly and go slow it hurts less
