This is part 3 of a course that I put together for our private ladies club a few years ago, but we are releasing this information to the public now to help out those who are just starting out or wanting to learn surf fishing.

Cathy - great job and happy Mother’s Day. I know you can’t mentioned every thing. Three things I always bring are first aid mini kit (bandaids or electrical tape and sanitizer) and second is a de-hooking tool. One of us always seem to get cut by shell or possible a hook mishap. Sunburn on the lips can ruin the day - always bring lip gloss. Keep it up

Those are all great suggestions I never go to the beach without chapstick lol. I don’t use a de-hooking tool. I use either a glove for catfish and grab them tightly behind the pectoral fins, holding the dorsal fin down. And I have pliers. I didn’t get into equipment in this course; that’s in another course, plus I have a video about equipment needed for surf fishing. But thanks for watching!
