Introduction to Yoga Sun Salutation

I teach a regular weekly yoga class for beginners. I wanted my class to be able to practice at home and continue working on the sequence of movements, increasing their strength, confidence and creating space in their body. You are welcome to follow along. This is a basic flow, with lots of cues along the way to help you self adjust.
I strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
