Sorry mate but most of these drills aren't realistic...But it looks interested to put on youtube but not realistic....The balls will not come from certain part of the court you feeding from not to mention the bounce. But good entertainment for the viewers...

She certainly has stamina and is fit, however for amateurs like myself I'm still teaching myself proper breathing techniques. Listen to when she exhales on the shot. That's key. Many of us absentmindedly hold our breath.

Great job! Similar stuff I do , but I got one pointer also on high balls feeding from the ground up(thanks). I always done it from the other side of the net. Love the emphasis on service box, where I feel not many pro's work enough.I also do a lot of swing volleys close to the net to apply it for doubles poaching as a BH swing volley. Also high deep ball and attack from T with 3 directions , swing volleys. Personally, I call the short shots in the box /sweeping the box ! Like always , great job !

Good stuff. What I have learnt as a former ATP player and having coached over 50 kids to NCAA d 1 tennis. Bottom line is you have to have them compete . play matches ,pressure points . if you have 12 players have 1 on 1 and the other 10 cheering 1 player and booing and yelling at the other . it will be huge
