Since they grow until death I’m curious how big they can get in the Everglades with no natural predators. I can only think of pythons and alligators being able to put a somewhat of a fight.

and we thought pythons were bad. this is scary. anacondas are incredibly dangerous much more so than pythons

Not to humans. There has never been a recorded incident of a green anaconda preying on a human. It has happened with pythons

Yeah. You wouldn't have to worry about me. I would die instantly from fear if I saw ANY large snake that isn't in a zoo. 😲😱😱 LOL

Staying in the car? 🚗 Sounds like Florida isn’t as great a place to live as tv shows it to be. 🏝️

Green anacondas stay in the water. If they were to be a population. Then they probably would be much harder to spot

Green anacondas in Florida Everglades, that is strange and interesting. In the video, they said green anacondas are up to 30 ft long which is not true. The largest verified specimen encountered by Dr. Jesús Antonio Rivas was only 17.1 ft long.

Green anacondas are one of the largest snakes in the world. Females are considerably larger than males. They can reach lengths of 30 feet (9 meters), diameters of 12 inches (30.5 centimeters) and can weigh 550 pounds (250 kilograms).

You are wrong. The largest Anaconda ever recorded was 33 ft, long 3ft wide, and weighed around 880 pounds and was found in Brazil. Fact Google it. In the video, he said they CAN. Key word being CAN.

@@Lboog789 The reticulated python (exceeds 20 ft in length) is the longest snake in the world. If the green anaconda grows up to 30 ft in length then it is not only the heaviest but also the longest snake in the world but that isn't the case. The longest and heaviest verified specimen encountered by Dr. Jesús Antonio Rivas, was a female measuring 17.1 ft long and weighed 97.5 kg. It was striking for him that the largest snake that he has caught, out of 780 animals, is only a little more than 16.4 ft. A length of 20 ft itself is not yet verified for anaconda but has been reported, we can assume it's possible but a 9 m anaconda seems difficult to imagine. A 9 m snake in the modern world sounds rather unbelievable unless there is scientific evidence for it. The internet and movies make some animals bigger than their actual size. The size of large snakes are often exaggerated, the same as with crocodiles. However few extinct snakes did reached such lengths.

@shanedalton667 Do you believe You Tube videos and Google search 🤔. No documented evidence by Wildlife biologist or any other credible sources of Anacondas reaching that length.

I have asked before but the snakes get out down so why not hunt them with a shotgun. When I find a rattle snake close to my house I just shoot it's head off. Dead is dead!
