Great to hear! 😁 the best thing you can do at this point is identify all of the topics on papers two that you lost marks on/couldn’t answer yet and prioritise those topics as revision over the next month. Get yourself comfortable with these topics and then check again by working through a practice paper! If there are specific topics you can always drop them on here and I will do my best to prioritise them 😁 keep up the great work!

Just going to ask a question here that I found in a past paper which I couldn't solve: h(x) =4^x Given that h^-1(x) = 2, solve for x Please help or give the method with correct answer :)

Wow tough question! Which course are you doing? I would take logs for this question so I’m assuming it’s from A-Level? For h^-1(x) we can say x=4^y Then ln (x) = ln (4^y) And ln (x) = y ln (4) So y = ln (x) / ln(4) Then you can set it equal to 2 and go from there!

@@TheGCSEMathsTutor Yeah, that's the type of thing I got from an online solver, but that was supposed to be in a GCSE past paper (2019) and logs aren't supposed to be part of the covered content... it was also a one mark question so there must be an easier way lol

@@derpxx yes of-course! If the inverse function is equal to 2 then you can just sub x=2 into the original function, so 4^2 = 16 😁👍🏼

With all due respect, please try to speak louder in your videos, your voice is very calm which is amazing but calm + speaking not very loud can be a bad combination for students who get easily distracted. I'm on a time crunch so I've been unable to do past papers. However, I've been slowly covering the whole syllabus within the last 2 weeks. Tomorrow is the exam and I'm more or less very stressed as I didn't practice myself much :( Do you have any last minute tips or just anything to say so I don't feel so crappy for not solving past papers? I don't feel very confident but there's not much I can do now. I had to cover 50% myself :(

Mina Haq Confidence is everything, sounds like you have done a fair bit so just go into it thinking about how much you do know, anything you are unsure of just leave a star next to it and come back to that later, don’t panic if you can’t answer something... they aren’t built to get 100% 😁 I’m sure you will be fine! Be confident!!!!
