WHAT TO DO
1. Kneeling on the floor, position your knees slightly wider than hip width. Your feet should stay close together. (A)
2. Rest your elbows on the floor to support your upper body.
3. Adjust your tailbone so it is almost pointing up toward the ceiling.
4. Stay in this position for about 30 sec inhaling deeply into your rib cage and lower back, and exhaling fully.
If you start feeling uncomfortable you can go out of the position and come back to it again after a while,
WHAT TO AVOID
• Hyperextending your lower back excessively.
• Shallow breathing.
