What is the main difference between pure sine and modified sine inverter?
Both pure sine and modified sine inverter will provide power to AC appliances, however, Pure Sine provides high quality equal to the power in your home, the Modified sine wave is cheaper and provides power in a simpler form of AC power which is adequate for simple electronics, but may damage more complex electronics televisions, laptops, digital microwaves, fridges. But Pure sine wave inverters use more sophisticated technology to protect even the most sensitive electronics and little expensive. These inverters can safely supply power for televisions, laptops, digital microwaves, fridges, and other sensitive electronic equipment.
How to convert from VA to Watts?
Volts x Ampere = VA (VoltAmpere)
Volts x Ampere x Power Factor = kW (Watts)
VA (VoltAmpere) = kW (Watts) / Power Factor
Load calculation for house
Load needed to be connected in Inverter in house
1. LED Tube (18 W) :- 4 PCS
2. LED bulb (9W) :- 4 PCS
3. Fan (75W) :- 3 PCS
4. TV (100 W) :- 1 PCS
5. Laptop (50W) :- 1 PCS
6. Miscellaneous like Mobile charging (20 W) :- 1 PCS
Total load = (18X4)+(9X4) +(75X3)+(100X1)+(50X1)+(20X1) = 72+36+225+100+50+20 =503 W
VA= W/Pf , i.e. Load VA= 503/0.8 = 628.75 VA
20 % future load, So Total Load =628.75 X1.2 = 754. 5 VA
There are the different capacity of inverters like 625VA, 700 VA, 800 VA, 850 VA, 900 VA, 1200VA, 1500 VA, 2000 VA, etc.
The battery backup time in hours can be calculated using the following formula:
Backup Time = Battery AH x 12V x N x Efficiency of Battery / Load in Watts
where,
Battery AH = Ampere Hour Capacity of Battery
N = Number of 12 V Batteries needed
The efficiency of Battery = Generally it is 0.8
Battery selection for house
Total load for our house = 503 W
Backup Time = Battery AH x 12V x N x Efficiency of Battery / Load in Watts
Battery AH =150AH, N=1, Efficiency of Battery =0.8
Backup Time = (150 x 12 x 1 x 0.8) / 503 = 2.86 hours

Normally it is used in industrial and commercial purpose with heavy loads.. it is comparatively expensive...and to work efficiently load distribution should be balanced.

👏 Sir as u described in vedio for office use 8 hours backup time for the load 932 watts 1.5 kva inverter is selected. There is a constant voltage range for each inverter as per that 1.5 kva inverter could be 24 volt suppose connecting 20Ah' 40 Numbers' 12 volt battery Total voltage getting 40*12=480 But it is not matching to inverter voltage (24 volt) other wise can u please explain how to connect 40 Numbers battery; I don't know clearly may be( parallel series combination) if so pls explain about parnell series combination Expecting replay soon Isn't it inverter and battery voltage must be same' which is being same by doing series parellel combination of numbers of battery Iam right or not sir: I don't know clearly about it

i explained in the video.. but did not went to details of that... for bigger inverter the voltage normally 24V, for that as i explain in video. if there are 40 batteries, then we will make 2 sets of 12V of 20 battery each and then connect 2 sets to make it 24V...

Bro. it is not calculated like this... what is your load for inverter excluding all heavy loads like fridge, water pump, etc... for example home load needed for inverter is around 500W then as per calculation shown in the video go for 900 VA inverter for your home...ok. For Solar panel selection... if you average daily consumption is around 10 to 12 unit per day... you need 3 KW solar panel.. on average 1 kw of solar panel system can generate upto 4 units per day.. this is how calculation is done.. if you have any further doubts feel free to message.

normally 1050 VA inverter or even 900 VA inverter can run mixie if all other load is off. but if want it running continuously first increase VA of inverter and need to run long time ... then need more batteries.

As i said in the video you have to check the inverter's feature to charge because many comapny are make new model and so many hybrid inverts are in market. Usually solar battery charging cycle is less around 10 hours when compared to normal inverter battery 20 hours. that means 150 AH solar battery requires 15A to get charged in 10 hours and similarly normal battery requires about 7.5 A to get charged in 20 hours. so you have to check your inverter is having higher capacity charging port for such battery. otherwise it will damage it.

If we use 1 battery the inverter should be 12v but when we use 2 batteries the inverter should be 24 v, is there any rule like this?

Using a 24 volt supply instead of a 12 volt supply greatly reduces the wiring cost to almost half the original cost. This is so because increasing the voltage of a system causes a reduction in the current through it, and in turn reduces the size of the wires you need . Normally it is like that which is available in market. but if want other wise it is possible to custom make 12V system with 2 battery. Stay subscribed with bell button pressed all. ഒരു വീട്ടിൽ inverter ഉപയോഗിക്കുമ്പോൾ, inverter current consume ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടോ. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് full charge ആയിട്ടുള്ള ബാറ്ററിയിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു 10 യൂണിറ്റ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചാൽ , തിരിച്ചു ആ ബാറ്ററി 10 യൂണിറ്റ് ചാർജ് ആവാൻ എത്ര യൂണിറ്റ് current എടുക്കും. എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ normal മഴക്കാലത്തു 3 യൂണിറ്റ് ആണ് average usage. പക്ഷെ പകൽ മുഴുവൻ current ഇല്ലാതെ വന്നാൽ(അതായത് inverter work ചെയ്‌താൽ) പിറ്റേ ദിവസം 15 യൂണിറ്റ് വരെ usage കാണിക്കുന്നു. please reply me

Charging and discharging of battery there will be power loss in it... but normally efficiency is consider as 80%... ie.. 10 units used and charged again.. actually it may use up-to 12 unit maximum...
