The new Koh Norea bridge (just Koh Norea, no need to add "Island" to the name since that's the "Koh" part) is going to be a game changer for the city. Traffic problems along southern sections of the arterials Norodom, Moniving, and 271 trying to squeeze across the Bassac bridge will halve when it opens.

I hope they put in a lot of insulation for the walls and windows. A lot of construction in PnP is still naked concrete which stays very hot day and night, killing you with AC cost. Always ask about build quality.

Yep, because what Phmom Penh needs is more real estate. The whole of Phnom Penh is covered with half empty developments. They always promise lots, but 5 years later.... Most have been bought with promises of guaranteed rent. The government is cracking down on this. Cheap construction rules here.
