There is a former plantation house that was an underground railroad location in my neighborhood. The buggy house and servants house are still around as well, having been renovated. Haven’t heard of any paranormal activity in any of those three structures, but I did experience a time slip in front of the property. Found myself in a wheat field in front of the plantation house. Two individuals pulled me to my feet and when I got back up I was back in my time. My shirt had dirt handprints on my shoulders where they pulled me up and bits of wheat clung to my pant legs. If there was a journal or something from the old plantation, I would’ve loved to have seen if they wrote about a stranger person falling in their field before disappearing.

This is just my opinion, please don’t come for me trying to defend him guys because he’s ALREADY one of my most favourite KZbinrs! Hey Josh. I hope you read this. It’s constructive criticism…I don’t know how to explain this but there’s something wrong with your Beyond the Dark videos these days... Your previous Beyond the Dark video also ended super abruptly and I got the same vibes from this one too when it comes to how abrupt every single thing was in this video. I remember the first few Beyond the Dark videos. You would literally: 1) Give an introduction to the house, 2) Give a guided tour of the house explaining what every single room is and who all lived there back in the day, 3) Introduce everyone who would be a part of the investigation, 4) Start off with the investigation after explaining which room you guys are in and who you all are trying to contact. In this video, you didn’t show much of s tour, and just jumped from one moment speaking to the lady and the next moment trying to do the investigation. I was like whose room is this? Who are you guys with? Where is this in the house? How does the entire house even look like on the inside? Back in the day, when you would post videos, I would love when they’d be more than an hour long, or even divided into two or three parts because that would lead to such amazing build up of the entire thing. It would be so Vloggy. I would love it!. Anyway, in this video, you said you’re scared and I wasn’t able to understand why because you didn’t get half as much as evidence as you got in most of your other videos including one of the freakiest of all which was the World’s Most Haunted Orphanage in London video. Here, you guys were freaking out but I wasn’t able to understand why... I mean, I know you heard screams and that shook you up before the Seance itself but I didn’t understand the horror because there wasn’t much build up of anything. I’m sorry. The machine that they were using during the seance was damn terrifying. The voices sounded so real compared to the normal equipment that they use. With each of these beyond the dark episodes I believe more and more in the existence in ghosts and entities. I am Christian, but I’ve always been skeptical regarding paranormal stuff. Everywhere I go I wear my Saint Benedict medal for protection. I've tried a personal experiment without anyone else's knowledge when I first got it. People around me including myself are a lot calmer. I purposefully forgot it at times n things amp up. Being a sensitive having that calmness around you is very important.

If you haven’t watched it, Josh, you need to watch Buzzfeed Unsolved’s episode about this house. The “history” of the house changed for you guys versus what was told and researched by Ryan and Shane. The house totally seems haunted but Kristen seems like she’s full of it. So much so that I think the ghosts in your session were calling “bullshit” on her. I also noticed that the last time the K2 went off, it immediately went from red to nothing when she re-entered the room. But I think she was trying to hype you guys up even more and changed her story to hype up the house. I genuinely think she was taking you for a ride and that maybe the sickness you felt was the ghosts trying to get your attention regarding her BS

I agree, I watched their episode first and watched this after. In their episode she's a psychiatrist and all about science and logistical thinking, now she's like a spiritual medium or some jazz. It was really suspicious to me.

@@manswho5369 Doing some research now. She is the one that declared it “the most haunted house in the world” on their website. She wrote a book about the haunting and that’s basically how she’s making money now, by inviting in paranormal researchers. She gets more attention if they get more activity and I think she’s psyching people up before hand, so they’ll look for activity in things that would otherwise be debunked easily. I do think it’s haunted, the evidence in this video is pretty compelling, but she definitely hyped it up so they would be afraid. Ryan had Shane’s skepticism to help balance their investigation AND she didn’t stay with them. The Underground Railroad thing is a new thing they’ve added to the house too.

First rule of paranormal is never suggest anything. And you even hear me in the video saying I’m not suggesting. That is one thing that I learned from multiple investigators as to not say anything and not suggest. I was also taught to sit back and watch unless the participation level occurs to where it is elevating then I have to interact. I interacted in this video with all People here as a means of protection. But the two guys from New England and the one guy from Michigan and these guys here they’re not unseasoned people. I live in Bellaire Ohio. My stepmom did a tour there & the Demon came across the spirit box pretending to be my step brother who passed away at the age of 10 in 1996 from Lukemia. She had to leave. She's She's sensitive to the spirit world & the demon was fucking with her bad. I've met the owner of the house. In my opinion she brought something in there. Before she announced the house was haunted she opened a store in town called 'Crab Apple Moon'. She would do psychic readings & sold other occult items. It didn't last long especially in a small town like Bellaire. I saw an interview where she said she never believed in the paranormal until she moved there. So that confused me since she would give psychic readings.

I watched this video at 0:39am Hungarian (Central European ) time. This was so spooky. How true it is, that the house is like a camelion. Other team went there ,I could watch that at 3:00 am, and despite the three "roars" (of which the lady said if there is three, she will turn off the device), I wasn't spooked out as much. The interior of the house has changed a lot! The voice mentsions to the Lady, when she wasn't feeling too well, to look in the mirror, (I suppose he refers to the black mirror, which is said to predict the end of an individual's life) - she freaks out a bit. Also I seemed to have heard the second "roar" at 30:25, but the Lady does not notice it. I'm glad you got out Josh when you did as you were being targeted. The spirit box responses were incredible. The Idanha hotel apartments in Boise Idaho affects me like that. There were murders there and almost every time I looked around Id feel dizzy and sick when getting off the old elevator. One of the ghosts watched me through the doorway when I stayed overnight as a kid and it really scared me. Reminded me if what you guys just went through. I have so many stories about that place. You might put the Idanha on your bucket list. You need more protection going into these active places with a dark history.

So a few years ago me and my friend investigated this house. And the reason the house next door is abandoned is bc the husband went crazy and killed his wife and son and then himself. The house was filled with trash and the rest of the family wanted nothing to do with it. So it was left. Supposedly there are still stains from the murder.
