Just a theory: The "one size" section on SHEIN is probably all samples. Samples are traditionally made in a single size. Coming from the industry, men's clothing is usually made in a sample size "Medium" and women's in a sample size "Small," as this is what a model typically wears. Depending on the size of the company, hundreds of samples need to be made before the clothing item is put into full production. I'm betting these are all samples that either never went into full production, or samples that are different from the full production product (which happens a lot).

One size is an Asian size, it was created because the “average size” in asia is this particular small size. Thus not really needing any other size.
