Sir mera regular periods Han 35days ka cycle hA Mujha periods missed ho gaye maina pregnancy test kia to very very faint line dikhai de pir dubara test kia thora din wait kr k to kuch nai aya Lakin symptoms , dizziness. Constipation, sensation of throwing up .frequent urination . Negative test anay k baad b I was feeling pregnant then main ultrasound k liye gai to usme dr ko kuch nazar nahi aya no sac nothing he said uterus is totally okay ovaries are also fine endometrium lining thick hA . But no sac found then I waited few days again no period came this is now second month gone and no periods. Then I had beta hcg and that also came negative but no period still the symptoms are there in which nausea and dizziness are reduced but others are same. What should I do now plz reply dijiye ga I’m very much worried it never happens that my cycle get miss for two months in a row.
