the secret is in the initial price. if an item retails for $400 and your take hm number is $250 then you should set the start price at $290. in the end the negotiation will get to $250 the price you want. all buyers want to feel they got a good deal. you got to make them feel like they did with a discount. all part of the second hand game my guy.

Hey Reyes look up Costco return pallets. They have some great items. Go for big money items only like couches because they sell fast and you can sell them for $1000 a piece. Cut out the middle man and go straight to the distributor which is Costco. Good luck my brotha

Why on earth are you putting it together? Sell it as a box, and charge $100-$200 for an "assembly fee". If it's sold as already assembled, people will assume that it's used.

I thought i was getting a good deal at BP pallets in Visalia i bought a pallet of bikes for 300 6 bikes and i asked if i could check them out and they said no so they looked okay but since they are all stacked on each other you don’t see that many are broken rims bent brakes stuck tires flat scraped i really advice everyone to stay away from them because all my bikes are junk and need serious work to be half decent not one bike was ready to ride all needed serious work don’t make the same mistake i made.

Most pallets are garbage, it's mostly middleman trying to move volume gaining profits on some pallets and breaking even on others and a lot of them scavage through the pallets taking all the good stuff and then dumping the broken stuff on you. It's a good business if you have the right connections, but those are far and in between. I personally wouldn't venture into this side hustle myself, way more profitable and less stressful side businesses.

We are already in the big crash, Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.
