Just like money, time is an even more finite resource even for Jeff Bezos. Be surrounded with energetic people who want to do something in life and "act towards it". Never say "it won't suit me, i don't like it" before trying out for a while. Nothing is easy at first but your learning curve also is like compounding only. With this internet era, acquiring knowledge (or) get immersed in junk content are at the same distance. And junk content creators are like psychologist algorithms that makes you get hooked. You need to consciously check "is it worth my time?"

One kind request, There were various ways for long term investments I can assure your videos is wiki in that. In the same time, we also have some short time goals like Bike, Car, House (If entire payment cannot achieve in short time atleast we need to save for initial payment of loan). Where we can save money for those short term achievements. Definitely Fiat is not s choice. What is best way for short term investments. Your opinion please. I am hearing to you in my mid 30s but I did identical loss of 1 year to go for executive MBA in mid 20s which gave a solid rapid speed growth in the next ten years.so you are right on giving up earnings and go for one year to learn..travelled 30+ countries to learn what their life is all about- that helps on global views now after few years.thank you for the wonderful life lessons..just missed savings in mid 20s and catching up :P

It does not work in Today's market. There are not enough cars in the lot to sell. We are not really in a position to negotiate nowadays. If you are in desperate need of the car, forget the best deal, just buy it.

My employer is providing a deferred compensation account to invest pre tax income for post and pre-retirement. I was thinking to invest in pre-retirement for a short term goal, Thought pre tax dollars will get compounded faster compared to post tax. is it benefitable? or has tax implications in future because of tax bracket change.
