He used to be the composer for the Ancients Awakened mod, but some controversy that I forgot the details of happened with the creator and he decided to leave. He makes some great music and I'm really excited to see what his next songs will sound like, he's already released the music to phase 1 of the boss rush and it sounds great.

Thats because antibirt was a mod that was included as the repentance dlc. Unfortunately some of the ost such as glitched innocence and invictus were not implemented in repentance and are now avalible only trough modding (only for pc)

Mudeth, the man behind Antibirth's music, is doing tracks for the Anti music mods. He just finished AB+ and is playing repentance

Repentance IS Antibirth, made official and expanded. But they (the official Isaac developers) didn't bring Mudeth's music along because the official developer preferred to use their own music guy. Mudeth is making more music (for areas of the game which weren't in Antibirth) which will be available as a mod. (The mod is already available but technically there's still some more songs to be made.)

@@mudeth There's 3 boss themes in Repentance: Crusade (added in Rebirth) and Cerebrum Dispero (added in Afterbirth as an alternate theme) that can both trigger on the main path, and a new theme called Juggernaut for the alt path. I thought that Tandava was a Crusade replacement and Invictus was a Cerebrum Dispero replacement tbh.
