Fun fact: the super secret room at 21:33 with an angel statue is actually a room from the base game. Another fun fact: you only remove items from the pool if you picked them up. Revealing an active item and not picking it up to put it back down, will still give you a chance of getting the item again later on in the run. If you play as Isaac for example, you should pick up the active, then pick your D6 back up and then reroll, instead ot rerolling immediately.

Challenge idea: How many floors do you need to rig the game? Use BASE MENT seed for this, every time you go down a trapdoor to another floor, add 1 to the score. Aim for smallest possible score. The challenge is considered beaten once you can generate infinite card/rune spawns on a given floor.

I wonder...as an interesting challenge, I'd like to see a run where every item is a follower and/or passive "damage of time". But the kicker is you can't shoot, OR use Bombs. So passive damage like Toxic Shock, or Creep is fine too. Just no tears at all. (That would mean you'd have to start with something though, or else you've be playing "The Pacifist That Is Isaac".)
