A big chunk of my tooth fell out ,, and it been a week since them ,, every once in a while it throbs ,, my cheek is truning a little pink ,, was wondering if those liner would help my tooth from rubbing my check

Some dental wax (or even wax from cheese like babybel) can be pressed against the sharp bit of tooth to make it smooth. You would need to replace it often. The throbbing may be due to exposed dentine so a sensitive toothpaste may help

4 of my attachments came off.. what you recommend? Carry on changing trays?

Stay in the same aligner and just wear it at night time as a retainer. If you continue changing the trays there's a chance the teeth may not move in the correct way which would then need correcting later on.
