Thanks for showing how great these small places can be. It's a valuable teaching experience. Most uninformed American tourists (and others as well I guess) would judge them harshly due only to the appearance of the establishment from the road. Some of the best food I've enjoyed in Morocco was on the side of the road in small towns. And the atmosphere makes it even better. And they really appreciate your patronage.
