Agadir Morocco has quiet streets during Ramadan with the exception of Souk el Had, a popular Moroccan market. On a bustling Agadir 2021 Sunday we shop for Moroccan clothes, both second hand and new. You can buy Moroccan food as well if you are preparing your iftar for Ramadan in Morocco. Souk el Had has everything you could need all in one massive shopping center.
Souk el Had is undergoing renovations as well as the construction of a new mosque. During Ramadan, specialty treats such as chebakia and warka, for briwat and pastilla to fill your Bohemian Kitchen.
Today we have Sally, an English woman in Morocco, and Clement, a Frenchman in Morocco. Andreja is from Slovenia and Mor Acro is from Schaumburg Illinois. Shopping in Morocco can be a different experience than shopping in Chicago Illinois.
On the way home we stop at carrefour to look for cheese and check out the prices of meat. There is much more variety at the Carrefour in Agadir than at our local butcher.
Mcdonalds in Agadir is no longer recognizable. I am happy to have made the Mcdonalds Agadir video to remember that plazaand Mcdonalds in it's last days.
