Recently found your site. Enjoy the SFF builds considering the madness over gaming. Built a mini unit with pico supply several yrs ago. Have a chopin finished with a 11400 to replace it. Undervolted and running on a 150w supply with no problems. MSI has a power profile that does limit it to pretty much the 65w tdp. Unfortunately, I have to remove the MSI and test/replace with a gigabyte. Keep up the info.

Inwin Chopin Max meron nang butas sa gitna yung case sakto sa PCIe Riser, pwedeng pwede kabitan ng RX 6400 sa likod, far better than iGPU. Just need a Dual-Reverse PCIe Riser Cable.

You got it right!!! Inwin advertises this case as 3.3 liters but its really 4.4 liters which is deceiving.

The Chopin is 3.3L. The Chopin Max is 4.4L.

@@Andorski The exterior dimensions on chopin pro and chopin max are exactly the same at 244 x 84 x 217 mm, yet they are able to add USB-C and an extra 11 mm to cooler clearance. The 2.5 inch drive compartment has been redesigned (now only support up to 9.5 mm thick drives instead of 15.5 mm). VESA mount is gone. The mesh also has been improved with a larger hole-to-metal ratio.

I just got this case for an old 9700K that im going to use a small server and that USB internal header cable is so short where if your mobo connecter isnt at the front you can't use the front USB C port. I dont think I will ever use the port but I like the idea of having it.

That's the sktc a09, also an APU but can also have LP gpu

No need to replace PSU of the Chopin. That is already a very high-quality PSU for what it can support. It's also 80 plus gold rated. Plenty of builds done in this case, just leave the PSU as it is. I understand may tendency tayo to assume na pag built-in power supply, olats agad. But this case is an exception. InWin is a good brand.

Yep, agree na ok sya today. Pero at the point na masira sya say 10 years down the road, no recourse. Can't resell. No use repainting. Talagang just mod to make the best out of it. Pero 80+ gold doesn't mean quality though. It means efficiency. Just look at gigabyte 80+ gold psu.

Greetings from Malaysia, love your videos! The misalignment at 7:17, was it due to the thickness of thermalright bracket pushing against the case? Im looking to build one with axp-36 coolers but having second thoughts now.

Hello selamat datang Yes, it was from axp90, but there are new versions now which is compatible with am5. It has shorter screws thus will not have this issue.

Stock coolers below 54mm will fit. So wraith stealth from AMD 5700g will. Wraith prism from AMD 7900 will not.

Hi! How do you think, can chopin max fit 55mm cpu cooler tall (ID-cooling is-55)? Is there some height reserve for extra 1mm?

I think the mesh can tolerate up to 55mm. But I'm not that confident for is55 as it has big surface area.

Ehh, I imagine there are alternate PSU options someone could use for the case. Some HDPLEX offerings would likely work.

Oh yeah, sorry for the oversight. Though hdplex is not available here (thus the oversight). Given that info, I'd still want a more standard PSU rather than a proprietary one. I see no reason for InWin not adopting a flex PSU standard.

This is the second time I contact and ask you, so many thanks in advance. I am about to build my second ever PC and I have the EXACT same components as you, mainly the InWin Chopin Max and the Gigabyte B550I AORUS PRO AX. My question is about the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type C cable of the Chopin. As I understand there is no place on this motherboard to connect. Is it correct? So should I just leave it not connected in the case? In order to get the fast connection it will be from the motherboard it will be from the back side of the motherboard? Will the front USB 3.2 Gen 1 give fast connection, or will it also be from the back side of the motherboard? Please bare with me as I am new to building PC)...By the way, you have great videos and I have just subscribed to your channel!

Correct. You can leave it unconnected and use the usb c at the back. If you want to utilize all front panel connectors, you can try to find adapters. There is an adapter for usb 3 to usb c header, but since the case has usb3 ports as well, try to find usb2 to usbc... Or maybe usb2 to usb3 and usb3 to usb c. I saw some who bought usb c header to usb c port -- so front panel route outside of the case to i/o ports of the motherboard (problem is thickness) to close the case.

@@manongunboxing What would you recommend - stay with this motherboard or go with the ASRock | B550 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ax which has a fast usb c connector on the motherboard for the front of the case?

Honestly, I can't give my reco on it since I have no idea on that Asrock board. However, some reddit folks say it is decent. Full featured and decent vrm design, also a higher tier compared to Asrock's own b550m itx/ac. With that, if I'm in your shoes, with its features alone and the need of it (since we don't want to waste case features), I'd risk it.

This case is built for APU only in mind. With that, default answer is no until you make case mods.

I gave my Asrock Desk Mini as a gift to my son and decided to build a new mini PC where the CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 5600G and the case would be the new Inwin Chopin Max. My question is regarding the motherboard. I like the Asrock motherboard but open for other brands. The new PC is for basic home use with some photo and video editing, no gaming at all. According to this which motherboard that gives best value for the would you recommend? Thanks in advance for your reply!)

Gigabyte a520i ac It's basically the motherboard (b550i aorus pro ax) that I'm using with a different chipset and less frills. Sure it has less phases for power delivery, but for your use case, it will do.
